Mietta's Review
It's a fantastic setting looking at the ski fields over the Thredbo River. The faux chalet is decorated with fairy lights and warmed by the generous servings of strongly flavoured food. While digestion is helped by your choice from the exceptional wine list. In good weather you can sit outside on the verandah.

Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2009 Score: 12.5/20 "The enduring appeal of Credo is the pleasant, ski-orientated ambience and the glorious views across the valley to the lifts and slopes. There's an unpretentious feel about the efficient service, and the meals are solid and reliable"

Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2008 Score: 13/20 "Credo enjoys great views straight up the mountain from the southern end of the village. It's a justifiably popular venue for weddings, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it a favoured spot with winter skiers and summer walkers"

Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2007 Score: 13/20 "Dripping with fairy lights and privy to one of the village's best views, Credo makes the most of its location. The spectacle of the ski slopes and Thredbo River (which sparkles along in summer) dominates this very pleasant glass-walled diner of comfortably spaced tables and attentive, professional staff."

SMH Good Food Guide 2006 Score 13/20 "With its garnish of fairy lights and a chalet-like room filled with timber tables and cane chairs, Credo makes the most of its mountain location. Looking straight over the spectacular Thredbo River and ski fields, it combines generous flavours with good old-fashioned hospitality."

SMH GFG 2005 Score 13/20 Good Wine List "Credo is a magic place in a magical landscape, overlooking the Thredbo River and up the steep mountainside, Fairy lights decorate the windows and verandah. The sunflower-yellow daubed room has a bar overlooking a tightly packed room of timber tables and metal-framed cane chairs. The fascinating wine list (Grange vertical tasting anyone?) will ease the pain of aching muscles"

SMH GFG 2004,Score 14/20,Good wine list,'Credo sits just above the glorious Thredo River and looks across to the snow-covered slopes during winter.Noni Plewes and her friendly team welcome you warmly, whether you prop at the bar or head straight for the simple wooden tables and padded cane chairs.Start with the chef's plate, including seafood, game and other delights'
