The sushi chef, Shogo Kimoto, is renowned here, so too the quality of the teppanyaki. Set menus are popular. The 2003 refurbishment made this a smart modern spot. Clientele are mainly in-house guests. Japanese cooking classes are held here as are kids classes and food festivals. In 06 mains averaged $25.
