On the water with a wonderful and rare north view towards South Stradbroke Island, exquisite on sunset, Saks has dance music till late and a fine bar for leaning and watching as well as a variety of eating spaces that allow you to choose whether you watch the crowd while you dine - or not. Lots of young things and best enjoyed with a small crowd of your own.
