A refurbishment program in early 04 converted Macrossan's, a classic fine dining hotel restaurant, to the (slightly) more casual Mediterranean, Il Pescatore, where you still sit outside surrounded by water. Good service, mediocre wine list. A very fine setting which gets consistently good reports. In 06 mains averaged $32.
