Brisbanites love steaks apparently even when they have to cook them, which at Jaz is what you do on a very hot stone. The process uses not fat so it appeals to health-conscious-carnivores. Apart from the steak you've cooked there are half a dozen kitchen cooked dishes. In 06 mains averaged $24.
