Mietta's Review An array of pastries including pies pasties and ricotta and spinach rolls is on display in the entrance of French Lettuce and there is no question of where they're baked - the massive bakery is in very plain view. The staff advise against buying any of the cold end-of-the-day products and sensibly don't offer to put pastry in the microwave, like some cafes might. Seats inside and on the Nicholson Street footpath. French Lettuce has all sorts of cakes and buns and specializes in birthday and wedding cakes. The sandwiches are also recommended.
