Gentrification has come to the Criterion. It's been given the clean modern look with rooms connected through large rectangular openings. Dorman's restaurant turns out well-priced modOz food for Sea Changer's and others looking for a civilised place to dine. As well the Criterion does functions, hosts live music and dispenses the occasional beer at the bar.
