Mietta's Review
Renowned for the size of its meals, Limor's is popular with the local Jewish and Asian communities, apparently attracted to the large serves of meat. Those who know these things say that it's just like Blooms of London, except the food is good. But that's like comparing Poland with Israel. With everything from oysters and garlic bread to Middle Eastern mezze, a range of schnitzels, seafood and steaks, Limor's is good-value dining. Steaks are expensive but they are massive. The takeaway Max's combination (barbecued ribs with chicken and lamb shaslik) with extra salad, pickles and hummus was also expensive but it amply fed three hungry boys.

The Age Cheap Eats 2004 "THE slogan says it all: 'At Limor's too much is just enough!' Luckily, families hunting in packs adore the humungous servings this '80s split-level restaurant dishes up."
