Mietta's Review Set on the corner of a small seaside shopping strip, with surf-boards for tables the Bird Rock embodies the local surf culture- it's fun, casual, and has its own comfortable pace. The food is well prepared, comes in large portions and is affordable. The pizzas are a hit, but for something different order from the specials board, and be warned, they love their chilli here. It's good for family dinners, large groups and it seems for business gatherings, Rip Curl and Quick Silver management favour it. The wine list is limited, but nobody seems to mind. They do take away too.
