Mietta's Review
Good food and well priced local wines are brought together in this modern complex set in the idyllic landscape of the Yarra Valley. The service is friendly and efficient. Billing itself as a showcase for what the Yarra Valley can offer, Yering Station tries hard and is worth a visit.

Herald Sun Stephen Downes, 11-05-10 Score: food 15/20, staff 8/10, drink 3/5, X factor 7/10, value 7/10, Total 37/50 "IN ALMOST eight years since I first reviewed Yering Station it has improved considerably. Its big dishes of many elements are extravagantly plated and sometimes look like a gastronomic version of Dame Edna. It's expensive too, and all the listed wines are made by the Rathbone Wine Group, the restaurant's owner. For all that, the cooking is technically excellent, the view is a blinder, and the service and the space itself combine to produce an experience that might surprise"

Gourmet Traveller 2009 Australian Restaurant Guide "Yering Station's open-plan showpiece - architecturally curving planes, water features and million-dollar views across paddocks to the nearby ranges - is a well-established feature on the Yarra Valley touring circuit, which can make dining here an aurally challenging occasion"
